DESCRIPTION

Amazon Global Selling: The Marketplace or “Selling on Amazon” business exists in over 10 countries and exceeds 50% of total Amazon unit sales and growing. Each year, tens of thousands of businesses join the marketplace adding millions of new products. Our vision is to offer customers Earth’s largest selection. The Global Selling team in China, Korea, and South-East Asia is responsible for recruiting local/regional businesses to sell on Amazon’s global marketplaces, and supporting local Selling Partners’ success and growth on Amazon.
Selling Partner Education is one of the strategic initiatives and a part of Amazon Global Selling Service+ department which targets to provide high quality services for Selling Partners’ Ecommerce business. The Education Course Consultant, as one of the key roles in Selling Partner Education, who is responsible for understanding Selling Partner’s business situation and demands, providing professional suggestions on Education course choice for business growth. To achieve it, an Education Course Consultant is required to be customer obsession on demands especially for different Selling Partner’s pain points, to have great study capability for Education new products, Amazon new policies, products, features, export Ecommerce industry, etc., and to have Sales skills to deliver selling points in clear and structure ways. This role will have opportunity to deeply understand Amazon Global Selling Service+ business and Amazon Education multiple products, and highly engage with several domain experts, such as Account Managers, Channel BD, Trainers, Marketing, PMs, etc.
With high visibility and significant impact, the candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communications skills, extensive experience in education or sales consulting, and passion about teaching, ideally with hands-on experience in Amazon Global Selling Sales/Account Operation function, or in-depth knowledge of cross-border e-commerce. In addition, the candidate need to be able to work in a cross functional fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities (include but not limited)
1) deeply understand CN Global Selling Service+ and Education visions, and tenets.
2) Learn new concepts, courses, and products, as required. Act as the expert on each course’s purpose, key topics and served Selling Partners group, etc.
3) Identifies prospective leads, and drive internal and external resource to acquire qualified leads.
4) Directly communicate with Selling Partners to understand their business status, pain points, education demands, etc.
5) Provide professional suggestions to Selling Partner’s questions on education, and could recommend suitable education courses.
6) Coach Selling Partners to complete require process for attending courses.
7) Work close with Account manager or consultants to ensure smooth customer end to end experience.
8) Efficiently work on pipeline building, and do conversion task with priority.
9) Develop, optimize and customize sales tool kit. Assist on sales plan, forecast and tracking.
10) Provide suggestions to leadership and PMs to evolve Education products and courses.

This role need to work with internal cross functional teams, e.g. Account managers, Online Consultant, Marketing, Channel BD, etc., and need to leverage internal process/tools to convert potential leads to Paid Education enrollments for Sellers growth on Amazon.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1) Experience in partner management or Sales function within ecommerce or technology sectors.
2) Demonstrated track-record of winning/establishing strategic relationships with enterprise, customers, partners, or brand owners.
3) Excellent abilities in oral English;
4) MBA will be plus;

1) 1-3 years experience in Sales or Business Development position.
2) Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to speak effectively to any audience
3) Proven quick-learning, and structural thinking capabilities for executing and achieving Sales targets.
4) Abilities of multi-tasking and prioritizing, with methodically for high attention to details and driving operational excellence.
5) Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment, and earn trust at all levels.
6) History of teamwork, willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done, and customer oriented.
7) Demonstrated capability to read and write in English.
8) Enthusiastic about training and fun to work with!
