Are you a versatile, analytical problem solver? Can you prioritize project deliverables in a complex, fast-paced environment to execute the implementation of a new case management system and human capital management system? Amazon's Employee Experience Channels, part of Employee Services, is looking for a Change Adoption Specialist to lead cross-functional, global initiatives that will improve the employee experience.
The Team
The Employee Experience Channels owns the Human Resources self-service strategy and ensures a consistent global user experience for all Amazon employees. We are a fun and diverse team with members in several different countries. We help to enable employee self-sufficiency by providing simple, intuitive tools with personalized content that can be accessed anywhere, by any device. Our goal is to empower employees to find answers to their questions, with additional support from Amazon's Employee Resource Center (ERC) to answer specialized questions through a variety of contact channels designed to meet the preferences of our employees. We use a variety of data sources to better understand customer needs and partner with global shared service teams to design self-service solutions that leverage digital technologies (e.g., social, mobile, cloud, and analytics) to help HR create a world-class experience for employees.
This role will be located in Prague, Czech Republic. The ideal candidate will:
· Partner with service owners and country leader to guide them as they navigate all phases of Contact Center tools adoption
· Embody project tenets and ensure simple, scalable configuration
· Evaluate change impact and ensure changes documented in training and standard operating procedures
· Effectively prioritize and sequence change initiatives for impacted audiences to provide a seamless experience to employees and agents providing insight to the strategic vision and impact to their daily role.
· Own EMEA regional stakeholder assessment, change impact assessment, benefits realization tracking
· Consult with Global Learning Lead and Global Communications Lead to ensure regional considerations are in place for those plans
· Participate in global change planning (working sessions), representing regional voice of the customer
· Responsible for bringing voice of the agent and employee to the conversation at all points of development
· Serve as point of contact for regional super users before, during and after release, escalating change impact and benefits realization issues back to Change Team
· Identify mechanisms to ensure workforce has or acquires skills and competencies required to adopt change
· Participate in Change Management Group
· Participate in sprint demos, sponsorship and communication activities

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree
· 3+ years of related professional experience
· Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
