As a Business Ops, you will primarily be responsible for driving increased data quality and solving challenging operational business goals. You will utilize data and develop creative processes to improve your team's performance.

You will directly work with ops management and tech teams to develop scale-able, long-term solutions which will have a significant impact on the Key for Business team.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

· Experience pulling and reporting data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, and/or other data management systems)

· Experience analyzing data sets

· Demonstrated experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement
