We are looking for a dynamic, and organized self-starter to join as a Business Analyst for our Workforce Staffing Team.

This role will support the Zone leadership, in alignment, and physically based, within the territory– created to develop, build and provide data and analytical support for the Workforce Staffing value stream processes.

As a Business Analyst/Data Engineer in WFS Project Management field teams, you should be an expert in the architecture of Data Warehouse solutions for the Enterprise using multiple platforms. You should excel in the design, creation, management, and business use of large and complex datasets. You should have excellent business and communication skills to be able to work with business analysts and engineers to determine how best to design the data warehouse for reporting and analytics. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable ETL (extract-transform-load) processes in the data warehouse platform to support the rapidly growing and dynamic business demand for data, and use it to deliver the data as service which will have an immediate influence on day-to-day decision making. You should have the ability to develop and tune SQL (structured query language) to provide optimized solutions to the business.

A successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as possess a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. Must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.

Key areas of responsibility include researching and analyzing data sets, participation in projects, and partnering with WFS on building Excel tools, automating reporting, and WFS research and deep dives. A successful candidate will have a strong blend of project management skills, with an ability to conduct in-depth analyses, think big, and identify opportunities.

**This is not a traditional "virtual" position, and will be physically based out of a WFS field location as a home site, which can be anywhere within the zone hired to. **

Responsibilities:

· Development of data collection processes and data management systems
· Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate)
· Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in MS Access and Excel
· Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
· In depth research of defect trends
· Standardize Zone reporting mechanisms for Business lines and Program Managers within the zone
· Data collection and entry as needed
· Data mining and problem solving
· Present analysis in easily digestible standard reports
· Optimizing the performance of business-critical queries and dealing with ETL job-related issues
· Gather and understand data requirements, work in the team to achieve high quality data ingestion and build systems that can process the data, transform the data
· Designing, implementing and supporting a platform that can provide ad-hoc access to large data-sets
· Modeling data and metadata to support ad-hoc and pre-built reporting
· Earn the trust of your customers by continuing to constantly obsess over their needs and helping them solve their problems by leveraging technology
· Manage business critical initiatives to enforce standard work and reduce waste

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent Diploma
· 1+ years of Data Analyst or Research Analyst experience
· Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills
· Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers at all levels
· Global perspective and solid understanding of business objectives
· Excellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy
· Initiative to develop tools, data collection processes, and data management systems
· 1+years Experience with Excel spreadsheets and data analysis

· 1+years Experience with VBA code and tool writing
