The Role:

· Responsible for the development and maintenance of key Android system features
· Will work with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility.
· Assist with Architecture and Design of new and current systems
· Will work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality Android system software.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or 4+ year relevant work experience
· 10+ year's professional experience in software development building production software systems. Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
· Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as C, C++, C#, Java, PHP or Python
· Rich experience working with networking or communications devices in an embedded environment.
· Rich Experience developing software foundations and environments for application development
· Able to drive system architecture design and complex software prototype and solutions.
· Rich development experience on multiple Linux platforms and mobile devices (Android, iOS).
· Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts.
