The Go to market team is hiring a new partner! We are looking for a driven, curious and all-rounder talent to join our dynamic team to manage Amaris brand portfolio. In direct contact with the group brand manager, as well as business & recruitment departments, you will have in charge to:
- Develop mix marketing strategy by business lines, brands, budgets and recruitment forecasts and coordinate with other departments the implementation of the strategy
- Define the digital strategy of the brand and ensure consistency of the Amaris brand portfolio : Website, sales site, community site, pages or accounts on social networks, mobile applications
- Work closely with the market intelligence department to benchmark market and services information (business performance, consumer/clients behavior, etc.) to define marketing strategies
- Communicate on the brand via multi-channel communication campaigns (digital, including Facebook, twitter and Instagram, radio, television, display ...) while ensuring consistency with the group's overall media strategy
- Ensure the correct positioning and develop e-influence and e-reputation strategies with the digital manager
- Develop partnerships (media, advertisers, distributors ...) to increase brand sales or brand awareness
- Develop a differentiating "candidate/client experience" (experiential marketing)
- Negotiate and coordinate operational marketing actions with partners
- Manage budgets on all elements of the marketing mix
- Optimize the ROI of marketing actions and monitor brand impact and awareness
You are autonomous, enthusiast, rigorous, curious and have an excellent command of English and French. You have a great interest in new technologies & the spirit of a leader. You have an interest in all areas of Marketing (digital, press, communication), and have experience in project management… This position is made for you! A previous experience of management and mix marketing is a plus.
