Missions:
You will join one of our Recruitment Platform to contribute in strengthen Amaris growth on an international level.
You will coordinate recruitment processes for manager and business developer positions for our worldwide subsidiaries (55 countries) according to the business priorities and define the recruitment strategy to reach the goal set up by the board.
    
Definition and adjustements of the recruitment strategy.
KPIs’ follow-up of your team
Strategic talent acquisition and business watch
Markets’ best practices
Key profiles analysis and turnover management.
Social media direct approach
Synergies enhancement and communication
 
Operational management of recruitment.
Campus events participation (career fairs, job datings, conferences…)
Recruitment, development and management of your international Talent Acquisition Team
Training of your team
Involvment in diverse HR projects (training creations, tools and processes improvement)
Modify the recruitment strategy according to market’s changes
Be a business partner, bringing qualitative solutions to each client.
Meetings’ leader and proven proactivity for groups trainings.
 
Profile:
Graduated from a business track, you are autonomous, enthusiast, rigorous and have an excellent command of English and French.
You got a successful experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, team management or as a manager . A professional knowledge of consulting activity is a plus.
Strong business orientation, you have good communication and leadership skills and you are able to work under pressure. You have the desire to join a fast growing company: This position is made for you!
