The Go to market team is hiring a new partner! We are looking for a driven, curious and all-rounder talent to join our dynamic team and help us model Amaris positioning and candidate & client approach. In direct contact with the Group brand manager, you will have in charge of:
- Identifying communities on the Web that can influence the positioning of the brand
- Participating in the creation of community values: culture, language codes ...
- Planning and following on-line member recruitment actions (partnerships, sponsorship, e-mailing campaign ...) in connection with the Group brand manager and recruitment department
- Animating the different social accounts of the company while respecting the specificity of each of them (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc…)
- Drafting or relaying content allowing the development of brand visibility
- Making existing members relay information in the community
- Launching topics to stimulate discussion or sharing of experiences and practices between Internet users / consumers.
- Ensuring frequency and quality of responses and be able to re-engage the discussion
- Taking moderating actions on the content produced by the user
- Strengthening and optimizing interactions between communities
- Looking for new social media to expand the influence of the community
- Implementing off-line operations to physically bring together the community and its leaders (influential bloggers, VIP members ...).
- Leading crisis communication actions in case of bad buzz
Profile:
You are autonomous, enthusiast, rigorous, ambitious and have an excellent command of English and French, spoken and written. You love interactions and are able to take a step back. You already handled social networks or digital brand positioning and use your accounts on a regular basis? This position is made for you! A previous experience –at least one year
- in a similar position is required.
