Our team:

As a recent graduate, you will be part of the Commercial Division of the Travel Payments New Business Unit in Amadeus´ headquarters.

Amadeus Travel Payments connects all main global financial partners (banks, credit card schemes, methods of payment, etc.) with merchants that sell and make payments in the travel industry (airlines, travel agencies, hotels, etc.).

In this role you will mainly be supporting the commercial activities of the business unit.

So, what will I actually be doing within this role?

In thisjob you will have the opportunity to understand and support the team in the precision of the sales-to-cash process within Amadeus. This will involve supporting the team to oversee the sales pipeline, and to coordinate input from the sales team and the partner team.

You will develop the skills necessary in commercial management and will work with the commercial and partner teams as well as with the Payment Business Operation teams to support the establishment of processes of effective tracking and reporting on commercial activities and stages, and to gain understanding on the dependencies between partners and customer services, and the sales cycle.

This role also will enable the enhancement of the abilities and attitudes which support the personal level of maturity required for a role in the in the Travel Payments Department.

You will also understand how Amadeus analyses, tracks and reports key progresses and KPIs within the teams and direct stakeholders, but also to Amadeus Management. This will involve assisting the Partner & Commercial divisions to support in the definition and development of key reporting standards and KPIs.

In this role you will also work with Revenue Management and Payment Business Operations teams to assist in the enhancement of the sales to cash process by tracking correct billing of customers / partners, and to support in the development of status reports to the Partner and Commercial heads and respective teams. This will also involve assisting in the tracking of performance against targets.

About YOU

You will have to have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree (holding your graduation certificate - as mandatory)preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing with knowledge in Sales and Payments ,SalesForce and another CRM as aplus.Among your abilities and skills you will have to show your development in accountability & proactivity, analytical thinking, adaptability & flexibility, building relations andcommunication.
