Summary of the role

Entry level Customer Support roles. Includes agents that hold basic Amadeus training, Password, Ticketing/Pricing & Exchange certification 2 months experience.These agents processes first level service calls.

Main responsibilities

- Respond to customer’s requests (phone and/or chat) analyzing and solving problems concerning system functionalities on password, ticketing, pricing, exchanges. system status and general services according to the agreed service level.

- Continuous self training towards providing quality service and efficient problem solving.

- Escalate and follow up cases when solution is out of scope of the Amadeus Customer Service Centre (PTRs).

- Process ad hoc end user maintenance database up dates according to procedures and schedule.

General performance indicators

- Quality of calls.

- Timeliness, Attendance record.

- Customer satisfaction results.

· Entry level Customer support role. Customer service experience.
· Travel industry basic knowledge.

· English (fluent).
