Summary of the role

Implementation of TRANSFORM, GROW & RECURRING activities as planned and with quality. Coordination and escalation of issues and risks when needed. Manage the obsolescence of current solutions following the roadmap established.

Main responsibilities

1. Support the Payroll process for Spain:
• Support and streamline the payroll process when required by implementing legal requirements and local needs.
• Ensure the correct payroll calculation and employee payments.

2. Solution construction:
• Validate technical requirement with the Internal Business Solution Architect/Developer and support development team during the software implementation
• Implement and test solution customization
• Execute end to end functional /regression/performance tests
• Produce user documentation and educational materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption

3. Functional Design
• Collect and review the detailed business specifications with internal customers.
• Validate detailed functional requirements with internal customers and solution team to ensure that the proposed solution meets their expectations.

4. Solution maintenance and support
• Perform the application functional support (customer/production) when requests are received from second level support
•Propose enhancements to avoid failure and improve performance.

Requirements

· Skills and knowledge:
· English
· Years of experience: At least 3 years of experience in SAP HR acting as SAP HR Consultant
· Knowledge: SAP HR knowledge in all of the following areas is a must:
*Payroll Calculation (SPAIN)
*Personal Administration and Organizational Structure
*Time Management
*Portal ESS/MSS functionality
*SAP ABAP

*Experience on UI5 and Success Factors will be an asset.

• Education: Economics / Business Degree / Engineer

· Others:AdvancedPCSkills Siebel SAP,Integration platform, web services
