The team:

As a recent graduate, you’ll be part of the Corporations Strategy & Planning Team within our Travel Channels Business Unit . We offer support to our commercial teams by defining policies and procedures concerning pricing and commissions strategies. We also perform various planning activities around budgeting and forecasting. We set the guidance and the standards for not only the commercial organization but also for top management.

The role:

As a Strategy & Planning (Graduate), you will support our team by being responsible for the following activities:

· Prepare reports for top management that include activities of our commercial teams to give a top level view into sales performance
· Manage and control our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool (Salesforce)
· Support our planning activities
· Design commercial governance
· Support on the design of Commercial Policy
· Support design of sales methodology & tools
· Consolidate at a segment level, in close loop with planning the pricing validation

We need you to be customer focused with advanced skills to perform diverse analysis. This position will suit someone dynamic with equal passions for the financial and the travel industries. You will have the ability to multi-task and work with culturally diverse teams.

What we’re looking for:

· Degree in business administration or finance
· Good understanding of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel and PowerPoint )
· Full proficiency in English (All interviews will be in English). Fluency in French is a plus.
· Attention to detail and organization skills
· Proactive team player with initiative
