Ourteam:

As a recent graduate, you will be providing support and assistance to the Strategy and Commercial functions in the Airlinesbusiness areaas well as assistance in required projects through AIT Strategy and Commercial customer facing account management teams within the guidelines and framework of the department in order facilitate and improve the efficiency and timeliness of their activity and the smooth running of the units.

What are the objectives of the role and what's it in for me?

Support the team with speacial projects:

Assist in special projects, in coordination with the department members:

· Participate in the preparation of project documentation and in the elaboration of customised proposals.
· Liaise with internal units for planning and tracking of schedule and deliverables.

Communication functions:

· You will also support the team in elaboration of PowerPoint/Excel presentations and other types of written communication
· In this role you will be given the opportunity to assist the coordination of the production of decision support documentation for Management briefings, in liaison with the different units.
· You will also assist in the coordination and creation of documentation for Management briefings and internal & external events.
· Supporting in the preparation of monthly internal communications on the department activities will also be part of your role.

Commercial Department administrative support:

· Coordinate the flow of information both within the commercial department and Amadeus General Administration as well as the Personal Assistants in the regions.
· Follow up requests from department staff and approve within delegated authority through applicable internal systems and aligned with internal guidelines and procedures.
· You will also support with the organisation and coordination ofexternal and department meetings (room reservation, catering requests and travel request follow-up).
· Manage integration of newcomers into department including orientation and preparation of office space, equipment etc.
· Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
· You will also provide historical reference by developing and utilizing internal filing and retrieval systems including recording minutes and actions for applicable meetings.
· Support travel expenses follow-up.

Commercial Department Business Support:

· In this role you will also conduct research, compile and analyse data to prepare reports and documents to support account managers with e.g. billing follow up, CRM maintenance with customer relevant data and monitoring or customer intelligence.
· You will also be involved in supporting the team withthe implementation and review of internal processes including implementing improvements where necessary.
· Contribute to and support department and regional objectives and projects with ad-hoc and/or project management support as requested.
· Support account/sales team in logistics for customer meetings, bids and preparation of applicable documents (templates, commercial proposals, customer presentations, etc…).

Requirements:

Education:

· University degree in Marketing or Communication related degree

Specific knowledge:

· Good knowledge of MS applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Abilities & Skills:

· Fluent English (all interviews will be held in English)
· Have a service/support oriented attitude
· Positive and energetic attitude
· Good at multitasking
· We are looking for a person that can deal with different types of roles:

Eligibility criteria for a Graduate Scheme programme (according to Spanish legislation):

Please note that you will have to provide all the below mentioned documents if selected as a final candidate.

-Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree (under Bologna Umbrella – i.e. recognised by the EU) and the corresponding transcript or Diploma Supplement. Before applying, please check with your university whether your studies are under Bologna.

-Your graduation date should be no more than 5 years ago

-EU passport if you are not Spanish, a DNI if you are Spanish or work permit valid for Spain if you are Non – EU citizen

-A “Vida laboral” certificate for previous work experience in Spain and if you have the Spanish Social Security number. Please note that you do not have to present this certificate if you have never enrolled on the Spanish Social Security system.

-A NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero or Foreigner’s ID Number) for non-Spanish nationals. However, you will have to apply for the NIE once you start with us. Registrations and more info will be provided during the selection process.

To be eligible to continue in the selection process, you have to meet all the criteria mentioned above. Failing to meet any of them will automatically disqualify your application. If selected as a final candidate, you will have to provide all the documents mentioned above.
