Purpose of the role:

This position will be part of a global organization known as Digital Transformation Services but under the Workplace Technology Solutions (WTS) in Digital Workplace Services umbrella. Primary role of mobility infrastructure management specialist is to manage, evolve, and support the corporate mobility management platform. Other responsibilities include supporting all key platforms such as Wandera, DEP, and applying continous security enhancements as required by corporate security policies. Work with other team members to contribute to the Architecture, Design and Implementation of a new Microsoft technology based Enterprise Mobility Management system.

Responsibilities:

1) Enterprise Mobility Management point of contact and escalation within the support organization for resolution of issues by coordinating appropriate resources to ensure timely resolution
• Escalation with solutions providers (MobileIron, Ebf/Telekom, Microsoft, Wandera)

2) Participate in the research, architecture, analysis/design, implementation and deployment of secure, HIPPA-compliant, auditable mobility solutions for content access management, VPN (device/app tunnelling), secure email and collaboration
• Life cycle management of policies and procedures for mobile devices
• Handling of EMM related incident and problem management
• Analysis of the competitive landscape and current market trends on an ongoing basis
• Writing of thought papers, point of view documents, implementation plans and best practices

3)Enterprise Mobility Management L3 solutions:
• Supporting & coordinating operational support for all key platforms under solutions team
• Adhere to incident management process and communication
• Applying security policies as recommended by corporate security
• End user mobile device testing and validation that are compatible with EMM platform

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor Degree or Higher in IT, Computer Science/ Engineer

Relevant work experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management platform like MobileIron, Intune, Airwatch
• Working knowledge of iOS/Android mobile platform
• Working knowledge of networking and MS server platform
• Working knowledge of Office365 products & environment

Business understanding:

Knowledge of IT mobility industry trends
