Are you a recent graduate with in interest in HR? Start your career by joining our People & Culture department as we work on projects that have a global impact. As a HR Data Analyst, you’ll be part of a team that handles projects related to the information side of HR (e.g. data management, data policies and information analysis.)

Why this role is for you:

You will take your analytical skills to the next level by being involved in one of the most challenging projects in the whole Amadeus HR function. You will be able to gather, generate and analyze crucial data for the success of the business. You will improve your presentation and networking skills by working with HR colleagues from around the world. You will develop project management skills by helping the department on various projects related to HR systems, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

· Work with many HR functions to maintain data standards and improve accuracy
· Identify and provide solutions to data related issues
· Create and maintain HR reports
· Bring structure to large quantities of information and share your findings by using creative communication and visual styles

What we’re looking for:

· An interest to learn new and complex technical work
· Ability to work independently in an analytical manner with a strong attention to detail
· Full working knowledge of English
· Understanding of Excel
· Knowledge of HR principles and processes
