What willyou be doing in this role?

In this role you will be able to complement your studies and hands-on work experience in customer service and operations by assisting our team.

You will:

· Both track and route problems/requests and document resolutions
· Both track and route problems/requests and document resolutions
· Assist the teamin regards to requests for assistance via telephone or online
· Identify andescalate situations requiring urgent attention
· Gain understanding of the operational process by supporting the team in the contract management, customer updates, registrations and implementations
· Assist the team in coordinatingnew customers’ online queries in order to provide tailored customer support
· Gain understandingof customer business needs by supporting the team in the recommendation of new processes, product and/or service improvements.

What are we looking for?

· Bachelors’ degree in tourism, business management or modern languages
· Fluency in English and good level of French both spoken and written
· Excellent oral communication and writing skills
· Customer service orientation
· Team player - Teamwork and good interpersonal skills
· Problem analysis and solid troubleshooting skills
· Intermediate level of Excel
· Energetic, proactive, curious and positive attitude
