Are you a recent graduate eager to use your degree in marketing or communications? Are you interested in planning events? Do you want to start your career in the travel and tourism industry? This position could be for you!

The role:

As an EventsCoordinator (Graduate), you will be joining the Global Events Team and assisting our efforts in running outstanding and cost-effective internal/external events at strategic destinations around the world.

Our team objectives:

· Showcase new products and acquire, cross-sell, up-sell and retain customers while rewarding customer loyalty
· Communicate our corporate message at external events, and our internal policies, strategies and best practices at internal events
· Maintain a calendar of travel and tourism industry events and organize Amadeus planned activities at these events, making everything accessible to our internal audience
· Provide consulting services and event project management expertise
· Coordinate with external event providers (booth design) and internal stakeholders (ensuring effective ROI from events)

Your responsibilities:

· Create web and mobile graphics, presentations, infographics and printed materials
· Support the team in gathering statistics, maintaining online calendars, collecting data, creating reports
· Design, update and develop the team’s Intranet site
· Manage surveys for customer, industry and internal events
· Collect necessary data todesign and distribute the end of year report
· Support ad hoc communications projects (emails, newsletters, articles, etc.)
· Assist in the organization of events

What we are looking for:

· Degree in marketing, communication, business administration or tourism
· Great communication skills
· Fluency in English (interviews will be completed in English)
· Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and/or InDesign mandatory)
· Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
