Our Team:

As a recent graduate, you will be part of the Corporate Communications team. We are responsible for executing external communications activities to ensure Amadeus remains relevant and perceived as an influential industry leader with an increased share of voice among stakeholders and media. You will be part of a team that plans, coordinates and executes a broad range of communications activities working in partnership with Amadeus Business Units, Regions, and other corporate functions including R&D, Operations and Finance.

The team's day to day focus is working with stakeholders to develop proactive communications plans in line with Amadeus' commercial and strategic objectives to enhance the company's reputation. Some of the team's daily tasks include press release development, copywriting, PR agency management, managing relationships with the media and engaging in social media activity.

Your main responsibilities:

· Gathering articles for the daily news review, helping to createthe monthly and quarterly activity reports, and managing and updating the media database and internal distribution list
· Write press releases, blog posts, and presentations
· Amadeus Intranet: Manage and update the Corporate Communications teams' Knowledge Centre (will require training in Sharepoint after joining)
· Amadeus Newsroom: Upload press releases to the Newsroom, and support in managing the translations
· Manage the monthly PR Network call, defining the agenda,gathering the presentations, and call logistics
· Manage purchasing and payment processes on behalf of the team
· Support ad-hoc team projects

What we’re looking for:

· Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Languages, Literature or Business
· Fluent in English (all interviews will be held in English)
· Strong writing and project management skills
· Advanced MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint (design skills regarding PowerPoint are a plus)
· Organized and responsible
· Team player
