The role:

As a Community Management(Graduate), you will be assisting our efforts in managingour Amadeus group communityas well ascreating contentfor the Airport IT unit.

Our team objectives:

· Our main objective is to build awareness of our brand and communicate what differentiates us from our competitors to generate demand for our IT solutions
· We do this by having asolid branding and communication plan that supports our market strategies
· We want to bring our organization closertogether via content creation and community management

Your responsibilities:

· Help build and manage an internal communityof employees working for the Airport IT business unit globally through an internal social network platform, working as part ofour Airport IT marketing and communications department
· Write, edit and distribute content for internal channels (intercomms,newsletters, articles, reports,presentations, etc.)
· Process the team’s statistical data to measure the success of communication initiatives and plan further actions
· Coordinate with different players within Airport IT to collect content for publication in our internal channels

What we are looking for:

· Degree in journalism , communications , digital communication
· Energetic , passionate and driven team player
· Excellent communication and social skills
· Fluency in English (interviews will be completed in English)
· Familiarity with social networks
· Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Good planning and time management skills
· Basic photo or video editing skills a plus
