Summary of the role

As a member of Commercial Operations team taking responsibility & being accountable for execution of reporting cycle and analyses. Providing operational support to the Hotel Distribution management and Heads of Local Sales. Perform complex data analyses in order the set the base for strategic decisions and define scope of new projects of Hotel Distribution.

Main responsibilities

1. Reporting cycle of Hotel Distribution on Subscriber & Provider side
- Ensure that the monthly reporting is retrieved and distributed to the pool of stakeholders on time

- Continuous work on enhancements of current reporting, while using Big Data tools for designing the dashboard and collecting valuable feedback from the stakeholders
- Guarantee high data quality
- Partner with key stakeholders in order to improve complex processes. Build strong network with internal stakeholders and manage expectations successfully.

- Manage requests for data & analyses from the all Hotel Distribution stakeholders worldwide

2. Specific Projects & Global vision

- Collaborate and/or take lead in projects related to business development and market development as well as technical development (Sales Force, Qlicksense, etc.)
- Gaining global understanding of Hotel Distribution business and connecting the dots.

3. Support for the team
- Provide support to team in different areas: analyses, preparation of business cases, business reviews and further improvements of data managment area
- Follow-up on issues related to technical problems, outages, data errors and escalate, where appropriate

Requirements

· Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
· 1 year of experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environment
· Analytical skills to interpret numbers and convert analyses into recommendations for Sales teams/Managememt. Previous knowledge of the travel and hotel industry a plus.
· Strong analytical skills combined with impeccable business judgment and well-rounded communication skills. Ready and able to deliver excellence independently and collaboratively.
· “Can do approach”, proactivity and previous industry knowledge highly valued.
· Previous experience in direct customer facing environment valued.
· Previous programming or Sales Force migration experience appreciated.
· Data crunching and expressing visually & graphically in powerpoints or reports
· Previous experience with big data and programming valued.
· English, fluent(another language a plus)
· Highly proficient with Microsoft Office,Project Office, CRM, other reporting tools. Advanced user of Excel & Access essential.
