Purpose of the role

To support APAC BTA ComOps across a range of Commercial Operations activities, including sales and project support

Main responsibilities

Support APAC BTA Regional Commercial Operations activities - Supportive

1) Support the budgeting, forecasting and LTP processes;

2) Co-support initiatives/activities relating to CRM data quality and processes

3) Co-support with providing reporting support (regular and ad hoc) - e.g. analyze Monthly Performance Report for APAC segment

4) Support Manager with Segment Sales Incentive Scheme 2019 activities

Support GC SEA Commercial Operations activities - Supportive

1) Support the sales and finance team with validating business cases and undertake sample audit of reports for sub cluster

2) Support sub cluster with Project Initiatives (Athena White Labelling reporting & revenue realization, China Deep Dive, Komodo, and MasterCard Program)

3) Work with business to ensure contract compliance, undertake audit to commercial policies and best practices

4) Support and Coordinate ad-hoc projects as required, especially during and relating to the transitional period
