Main responsibilities

Business requirement analysis

· Write functional specifications or describes functional requirements and design in epic, communicates business requirements between developments team and product manager to design and implement business solutions.
· Act like Amadeus GDS domain of expert in order to provide support and helps to development team
· Give a business solution walkthrough to product and development team and ensuring that all stakeholder are on the same page

Performs end to end test

· Maintain functional specifications with new requirements, ensure information in the spec always in sync with the deliverable software
· Understand and analyze requirements in order to prepare test scenarios
· Use risk analysis to see the impact from the new requirements
· Develop test scenarios and test cases that cover all in the requirements in both positive and negative ways for medium size projects, and also provide the test input prior test execution starts
· Provide test environment prior testing starts
· Performs smoke test or sanity test to make sure that deliverable solutions are match with specification and expectation.
· Provide the test result report on daily basis
· Recommend improvements to testing processes to create efficiency

Development Support

· Write implementation guide
· Give a solution demo to product managers , internal or external customers

Problem Analysis

· Analyse IR or PTR in production to identify the functional problem or functional gap
· Understand very well on what defect found during testing is and raise it to development team for investigation.
· Provide the steps to reproduce the defect to development team with necessary information without any confusion.
· Analyze the root cause of defect and raise it to development team with necessary information

Relevant work experience

Minimum 3-5 years experience in business analysis, product manangment or software quality assurance.

Business understanding

Knowledge in GDS ,travel Agent and understand travel industry.

SKILLS

Computing

· Familiar in understand on software development life cycle and well understand on characteristic of each phase. knowing in application programming for cross platforms, using web-based technology (e.g. SOAP, WEB Services)

Language

· Good command of written and spoken English.
· Chinese speaking is a plus.
