As a recent graduate, you will be part of the Payments’ unit where we work hard to provide the most advanced Payments solutions to our customers as Amadeus is the Best-In-Class travel supplier.

So, what will I actually be doing within this role?

In this role you will be able to assist and support the Travel Payments area in their functions to facilitate the work flow and ensure the smooth running of the Department.

You will also be able to develop the abilities and attitudes which support a multicultural team.

As first priority you will assist the Head of Travel Payments.

Part of your responsibilities will be to schedule appointments and interviews and perform duties related to maintaining the Head’s personal schedule.You willsupport in the arrangement of international and domestic business trips, ensuringeffective processing of travel expenses and invoices.

You will also support Travel Payments and Payments R&D Teams in Madrid.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with Travel Payments Managers, organize meetings with clients and providers, take care of meeting rooms reservations and see to catering requirements, support in organizing internal/external trips, guide staff on administration issues, ensure timely processing of travel requests, expenses, petty cash and invoices, make sure the newcomers get all necessary equipment (PC, phone, software etc.) on time; support in organizing short assignment of team members in other Amadeus' sites.

Finally you will give support to Travel Payments contractors.

Your profile

Do you have a Secretarial and/or Office Administration,foreign languages or translation & interpretation studies?

Do you have an advanced level of English? (interviews will be held in English)

Is your Spanish level atleast intermediate?

Are Good knowledge of MS Office applications

Are you used to international environments?

Do you consider your self as a proactive, communicative and organized person?

Do you have service/support and positive and energetic attitude?

Eligibility criteria for a Graduate Scheme programme (according to Spanish legislation):

Please note that you will have to provide all the below mentioned documents if selected as a final candidate.

-Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree (under Bologna Umbrella – i.e. recognised by the EU) and the corresponding transcript or Diploma Supplement. Before applying, please check with your university whether your studies are under Bologna.

-Your graduation date should be no more than 5 years ago

-EU passport if you are not Spanish, a DNI if you are Spanish or work permit valid for Spain if you are Non – EU citizen

-A “Vida laboral” certificate for previous work experience in Spain and if you have the Spanish Social Security number. Please note that you do not have to present this certificate if you have never enrolled on the Spanish Social Security system.

-A NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero or Foreigner’s ID Number) for non-Spanish nationals. However, you will have to apply for the NIE once you start with us. Registrations and more info will be provided during the selection process.

To be eligible to continue in the selection process, you have to meet all the criteria mentioned above. Failing to meet any of them will automatically disqualify your application. If selected as a final candidate, you will have to provide all the documents mentioned above.
