Business Controller & Analyst
Based in Xdin Inc, Greensboro, NC
You will report directly to the CFO of Xdin inc. Your assignment consists in producing and analyzing the operational data from ALTEN subsidiaries in Greensboro (2 companies).
Your main tasks will be the following ones:
- Producing weekly, monthly & quarterly operational reports for the Group as well as ad hoc analysis upon request
- Participating in the annual budget process
- Analyzing with a critical eye the weekly operational indicators (KPIs)
- Providing the best quality reports and analysis for key deadlines such as:
- On a weekly basis, report the operational indicators to the Group: headcount, projects and activity ratios
- On a monthly basis produce all the Group controlling reporting such as Cash Report, Headcount, Activity ratio, Turnover Split, Analytical P&L, follow up of AR and WIP.
- On a quarterly basis ensure all the accounting reporting’s needed for the ALTEN’s Consolidation (intercompany, and trial balance)
- Reporting the monthly figures through the Alten tools
- Improving the information flow from subsidiaries to headquarter
- Creating new reporting for the management
Your profile:
- Graduated from a business school / IAE,
- You have a first successful experience in business control or audit (2-3 years of professional experience including trainings and apprenticeship)
- You are an expert in the advanced commands of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, TCD)
- You have a good human contact and a critical mindset, you are autonomous, rigorous, figures oriented, dynamic, with a very good synthesis spirit.
- You are looking for a challenging, demanding but rewarding position
- Fluent English
