JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

So what can you expect from this experience?

The Worldwide Graduate Program is an international rotation program designed to build and develop your skills and competencies in diverse business domains over a period of 20 months.

You will start your journey in the country and department of your Global Sponsor, where you'll integrate smoothly among the friendly and welcoming employees
At the end of your first 5 months, you'll embark on your next international rotation at one of our global offices in Paris, Munich or Dublin
You'll experience working in multiple functions across 4 different countries and you'll lead and be implicated in exciting projects where you'll have a real opportunity to impact the business
Delve deep into our strategic initiatives to understand the global reach of our core areas of expertise which include automotive, international health & life, travel, assistance and direct sales
Throughout the program we'll combine mentoring and career guidance with practical training and learning
And it doesn't stop there – at the end of the program you'll join the business function of your choosing in one of our international offices and you'll continue to learn and grow for the rest of your career with us!
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for results-orientated individuals with an above average degree in a business related subject
You could be graduating this year, or have already left university with some work experience behind you
Some previous international experience is important, whether gained through your studies or ideally a work placement or internship

About you
You speak English fluently as well as at least one other language
You're curious and full of energy with an entrepreneurial spirit
You're a team player and enjoy working collaboratively, but you are equally comfortable working autonomously
You can demonstrate some form of leadership experience
You dare to question, to challenge and to experiment
You are ready to explore new horizons and new connections!
