JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Learning & Development intern, you are responsible for:

1. Training Plan deployment for the employees of Allianz Partners Global Office :
Organization of Learning & Development actions : identification of relevant programs, registration, scheduling, follow-up
Administrative and logistical support
Participation to L&D budget monitoring
2 .Support on various HR projects
3. Contribution on design and update of Group Intranet
4. Documentation of HR procedures and tools tutorials
5. Follow-up on HR Best Practice, especially when related to HR Development
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

BAC+3 / BAC+4, major in Human Resources
Excellent communication skills (written/oral in French/English)
Good level in English
Team player
Ability to work in a multicultural environment with people from all around the world
Comfortable with IT tools
Proactive, able to manage priorities, well-organized and autonomous
