JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the function development and day-to-day operational activities, hereafter some examples:
• Support in the definition of the digital education framework for the employees
• Creation and update of dedicated learning paths, operational support for the trainings and e-learning set-up;
• LEAD program – season 2: support for logistics and program set-up;
• Support for day-to-day activities: data gathering, process definition support, preparation of presentations to executives, KPIs analysis and benchmarking
• The projects that the resource will be involved in can be adapted and depend on the activity of the department
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Good academic track record with studies preferably in Human Resources or Communication/ Business management.
- Good communication skills and able to create relationships (often remotely) with people of different status and cultures
- Proactive
- Creative, especially when it comes to communication
- Digital and agility define you well
- Preferably, structured and organized
- Professional use of PowerPoint/presentation tools (video making/infographics)
- Fluent in English
