With the aim of strengthening our team, we are looking for a:

 

Software Embedded Engineer - Automotive

 

Job activities:

· Design, develop and validate Automotive Embedded Software focusing, primarily but not limiting, on AUTOSAR architectures

· Integrate BSW’s Client Company with customer and third-party Software components

· Prepare appropriate technical documentation

· Work as part of an engineering team or independently as required

· Support customer with on-site engineering

Profile

· Engineering Master Degree: Electronical or related discipline

· At least 3 years of previous experience on the role (as Embedded Software Engineer, incl. Requirements management, Software Architecture, Software Module Design and Test, Software Integration, Fault Tracking)

· Experience within the automotive environment

· Excellent Software development skills in C or C++

· Knowledge of network protocols in automotive bus systems (e.g. CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay)

· Knowledge of Configuration Management and Change Management tools (e.g. SVN, GIT, JIRA, Rational)

· Knowledge of MISRA coding standard

· Knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture standard

· Knowledge of quality management processes for the software development lifecycle (e.g. V-Cycle and Scrum)

· Knowledge of functional safety standard (ISO 26262)

· Good communication skills

· Fluent Italian and fluent English; German or French is a plus
