You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and you would like to support the “Performance and Improvement” team?

Location:  Taufkirchen/Munich

Start:    January 2021

Duration:   12 months

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies.

'This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis!'

This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why,

during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your exiting tasks:

We offer you some exciting tasks:

·  P&I general topics OES masterplan
·  Process visualization, -definition, landscape creation
·  Create a landscape of all existing processes
·  Provide an overview of missing processes
·  Establish a standard of process and how-to templates
·  (Re) Write existing processes according to the standard
·  Set up new processes and 'how-to' according to the standard
·  Visualize all processes in a process builder software

You offer:

·  Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Economics, General Business Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering or similar field of study
·  Versed in MS-Office applications, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·  Your English is fluent, German desirable
·  Dynamic, proactive, engaging personality, organized with focus on delivery
·  You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
