Description of the job

Main activities:

The jobholder mission will be to ensure the quality of Jigs & Tools and Machines & Automation at Airbus D&S (Military Aircraft) and Global Supply Chain during the end to end process, starting at the development until the end of the live cycle, according to the company procedures and the particular technical Specification's requirements.

The jobholder is focal point for tooling, machine and automatism quality issues for the assigned site.

The jobholder coordinates external team on Industrial Means verifiers for the assigned side and supply chain.

The jobholder will establish and approve the periodical inspection plans for the jigs and tools that have periodical revision.

The jobholder support external or internal audits for industrial means subjects.

Impulse and coordinate and deploy improvement projects along the department and lean strategy.

Outputs:
The jobholder assures quality standards in of Jigs & Tools and Machines & Automation at Airbus D&S (Military Aircraft) and Global Supply Chain during the end to end process.

The jobholder supervises and coordinates the subcontractors according to KPI for subcontracting activities.

The jobholder defines the corrective actions according to non-conformities and assures the closing on time.

Close Improvement projects along the department and lean strategy on time and on cost.
