Description of the job

A vacancy for a Contracts Specialist (m/f) has arisen within NAVBLUE in Toulouse.

The jobholder will provide a broad range of sales support, contract support, contract creation, negotiation and related services.

We are looking for someone who possesses strong analytical, negotiation, contract and project management, and interpersonal skills. This individual will be responsible for extensive contract review, creation, approval and negotiation of contracts. This role is cross-functional and must be able to make independent decisions and work closely with the Legal, Sales, Product and Finance teams.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and activities will include:

• Draft, review and revise contracts.
• Anticipate potential risk and contribute to reduction of risk;
• Provide contractual support to the organization for all type of agreements;
• Participate to contractual negotiation meetings with customers;
• Create and maintain standard contract documentation;
• Participate in initiatives to update contract processes;
• Promote positive internal and external customer relationships;
• Establish and enforce company’s contract execution and archiving policy and procedures;
• Support the development of an ethical culture in conducting business and ensure the implementation of Ethic and Compliance policies;
• Develop contractual awareness and knowledge within the company;
• Support innovation.

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you should be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

Academic/Educational Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Legal or related field;

Required Skills/Experience:
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in contract drafting.
• Strong document drafting and proofreading skills; attention to detail.
• Good understanding of legal environment linked to transaction management.
• Experience working directly with Customers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Ability to work globally with colleagues in other regions.
• Proactive approach to recognizing needs, solving problems, anticipating issues and proposing solutions.
• Capacity to work autonomously.
• High level of integrity, strong work ethic.
