Description of the job

Mission:

·  To analyse Quality System weaknesses with the aim to improve the quality control of processes in Final Assembly Line and Flight Line production for Light transport Aircrafts.

Activities:

·  Analysis of impacting problems detected at Final Assembly Line and Flight Line, focused mainly in Safety and Non Quality Cost.
·  Extraordinary Occurrences Transversal coordination within the area (Final Assembly Line and Flight Line).
·  Corrective actions management at N2 level: data collecting, categorization and prioritizing.
·  Containment of repetitive issues, through Quality loops when applicable and Costumer Protection Boards.
·  Leads and drives the resolution of Quality complex issues, mainly through Practical Problems Solving techniques at Final Assembly Line and Flight Line.
·  Tactical Improvement Plan participation, ensuring corrective actions embodiment, at Final Assembly Line and Flight Line.
·  Leads and drives continuous improvement projects by setting the measurements KPIs and ensuring the adherence to standards.
·  Leads and drives improvement projects for the processes already stablished.
·  Leads and drives actions to minimize Discrepancies Reports (IDs) number and cost associated, with Supply Chain and others. Follow up actions stablished and adherence to the plan assurance.
·  Quality KPIs follow up, analysis and reporting.
·  Operational Excellence Support for specific projects, in example, Model Line STA65.
·  Leads and drives actions and projects stablished and to be stablished within Operational Excellence System.
·  Standardize and homogenize Quality activities and methods, supporting QOM when needed.
·  Satisfaction Survey Quality Management and communication at Final Assembly Line.
·  To participate and develop new digital IT tools and projects within Quality Organization.
