Description of the job

Accountabilities:

·  Analyse, advise & challenge C Series Procurement PST cost base in cooperation with responsible Procurement operational. Provide financial focus and guidance to cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
·  Ensure that Procurement Commodity achieves its major financial targets (Recurring Cost Reduction for C Series) by defining and proposing appropriate measures.
·  Delivering clear and effective cost management control, performance monitoring and reporting on all financial aspects of C Series Procurement PST.
·  Consulting and supporting the Heads of Commodity & MFT as a business partner as part of their transnational team.

Tasks & accountabilities

Main activities:

·  Set up the Procurement Controlling for C-Series post acquisition from Bombardier for PST commodity.
·  Lead, synchronise and execute the Airbus Operational Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts for C Series PST Commodity.
·  Ensure accurate forecasting of C Series PST procured costs, taking into account specifics & complexity, by interfacing with Buyers and Program Managers.
·  To provide business support: Call for Tender, Business Case & Commercial Offers analysis.
·  Define and develop controls and procedures in order to track and monitor all impacts to the C Series Procurement Commodity cost base and associated financial information.
·  Provide clear, concise and relevant reporting of KPI's incl. actuals analysis as input to the C Series RC airframe report on a monthly basis and ensure all financial reporting is consistent and communicated to all stakeholders
·  Carry out all activities in line with relevant internal & external policies & regulations. Escalation of any Ethics & Compliance issues via the relevant channels.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance or similar.
·  Experience as controller (3 years).
·  Experience in Procurement.
·  Knowledge about the company will be a plus
·  Microsoft Office skills: advanced.
·  SAP: basic
·  Travelling
