Job Description

·  Job description:

A vacancy for a FAL Supply Chain Coordinator (m/w) has arisen within Airbus Commercial in Toulouse.

You will join the Single Aisle Final Assembly Line.

·  Your main responsibilities will be the following:

- Ensuring delivery On Time and On Quality of supplied parts and equipments in accordance with Final Assembly Line needs.

- Ensuring coordination between its internal customers (FAL production group stakeholders, logistical supports) and internal suppliers (Supply Officers within Procurement organization, plants for make parts, internatco dispatch teams).

- As first hand interface, ensuring escalation toward procurement teams for any FAL urgent topic linked to missing part, Outstanding Work, Non Conformity.

- Monitoring procurement performance (missing part rate, stock level, On Site Support performance).

- Leading improvement action plan with Supply Officers in order to increase targeted performance.

·  Your main activities will be the following:

- Following-up missing parts in anticipation.

- Getting and ensuring respect of On Dock Delivery (serial and secondary flow).

- Ensuring consistency between different information systems (PDA, PGI, APD…).

- Coordinating return flow in case of repair needed on rejected parts.

- Dispute follow up and resolution.

- Following up level of stock (including On Site Support stock needs).

- Ensuring good configuration of parts & equipments in information system .

- Ensuring Out Standing Work follow up in FALs .

- Ensuring escalation towards procurement teams for any Fal urgent issue (Non Conformity, OSW, concession, Claims…) in support of Logistical supports, Technical supports, TOA teams.

- Establishing Service level Agreement with relevant Procurement team and ensuring its applicability.

- Establishing relevant Key Parameter Indicators (level of stock, missing part rate, Time To Get a Fix) in order to monitor internal supplier performance.

- Ensuring problem solving by action plan follow-up with internal supplier and FAL main stakeholders (Planning, quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Production…).

- Leading continuous improvement topics within your scope (PPS, Stock hospi…).

- Anticipating and securing any industrial change with procurement community.

- Contributing to any FAL improvement project and Multi-Functional Teams as supply chain focal point.

- Putting in place & lead regular meetings with internal suppliers.

- Managing subcontracting activities.

·  We are looking for candidates with the following competencies:

- 5 year degree

- Experience in Project Management

- Experience working in multifunctional team , and ability to manage subcontractor,

- Aeronautic knowledge/experience wished

- Supply Chain & Industrial Experience is a plus

- Anticipation, pro-activity and continuous improvement mindset

- Open-minded and adaptability

- Autonomy and ability to take decision

- Ability to work in challenging context with a lot of interfaces: good communication skills

- English : advanced level

- French : advanced level
