The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Tasks & accountabilities:

For Airbus in Hamburg within Human Resources we are looking for a VIE - HR Business Partner Support for Airbus Final Assembly Line in Hamburg. The hosting department is from HR point of view responsible for the Final Assembly Line (FAL) in plant Hamburg.

You will support 9 HR Business Partner in all HR relevant topics, policies & procedures, (like Recruiting, organisational changes, over time topics)

Start: January 2020

Duration: 12 months

In this context, your main activities will include:

- Collaboration in projects, e.g. competence analysis in logistics and ME, FAL moves forward,

- Support in transfer of personnel and modification of development plans

- Creating and distributing information for executives

- Preparation of protocols from team discussions/ works council/ higher-level rounds

- Participation in operative HR meetings, including take over input of HRBP topics

- Preparation of HR Reportings

- Analyzing trends of absenteeism and providing guidance to managers

Required skills:

- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar

- A good handling of MS-Office package, presentation skills are very appreciated

- SAP Knowledge is desired, but not mandatory

- Project Management experience is a plus

- English: negotiation level

- German: advanced skills

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
