Job Description

Materials & Processes Non Destructive Test Engineering: Definition and qualification of Non Destructive Test strategy and procedures for in- service application (NTM Non Destructive Test Manual and SB`s Service Bulletin for Commercial/ Open point for Military Aircrafts).

TASKS

- Development & industrial deployment of mature Non Destructive Test methods and procedures applicable for all Programmes during manufacturing, In-Service and for structural tests.

- Definition and qualification of Non Destructive Test strategy and procedures for in-service application (NTM Non Destructive Test Manual and SB`s Service Bulletin for Commercial/ Open point for Military Aircraft).

- Define test methods and planning ; integrate, manage, run, monitor all testing activities, constraints, rules, policies, projects, globally for all the test centre.

- Specify, monitor or partially build, validate, maintain & operate test means (in house and at vendors), including Ground test means, Flight and ground instrumentation (Hardware and software)

- Prepare test means and A/C tests, realize tests, prepare test results,analyse test results, support to A/C certification, ensure testing expertise.

PROFILE

- Last year engineering degree students or recently graduated engineers (Industrial/Aeronautical). Physics Degree is considered as well.

- Knowledge on ultrasonic level 2 or regarding NDT methods is highly valued.

- Strong English skills, both verbal and written.

- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving

- Assertiveness

- Ability to work to strict timescales as part of an integrated and multidisciplinary team
