We look forward to you joining us as an intern (d/f/m) Procurement Commodity for IT Hardware, IT Services & Peripherals for 35 hours/ week, flexi-time.
As an intern you will learn about divisional sourcing for IT Hardware for products and external customers. This includes Procurement for Commodity IT Hardware & Software, Sub- commodity, IT Hardware, IT Services and Peripherals, Divisional sourcing for IT Hardware, IT Services & Peripherals and Services for products and external customer standardization as well as bundling of IT demands, professional evaluation and development of our suppliers

Start: flexible
Duration: 6 months
Your exiting tasks
· Assisting in the identification and gathering of purchasing potentials
· Supporting and launching RFI/RFP events (via the Airbus DS procurement tool) and follow up the ordering process
· Preparation of negotiation results and supplier proposals
· Assisting in the creation of the respective commodity- and supplier strategies
· Special tasks. e.g. project tasks to support team leaders
You offer:
· Enrolled student (d/f/m) within Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or similar field of study
· Very good MS Office knowledge
· VBA and makro would be a plus
· Strong Focus on accuracy - discretion mandatory
· Fluency in English is mandatory (German or French would be a plus)
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently
