Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Elaborate operative planning for MRO aircraft &A400M Retrofit Program including missing parts, resources and risk & opportunity.
·  Be part of operative meetings and MFT (Multifunctional Teams) in order to elaborate operative plans and risk identification.
·  Follow up aircraft progress versus plan activities.
·  Participate in meetings and workshops with other organizations.
·  Workload-capacity scenarios to simulate delivery plans.
·  Support to planning activities in other localizations (Iberia, plateau prototype and others).
·  Synergies and Improvement Projects, with active participation into improvement project related to Visual Risk Management.
·  This role will involve frequent travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in industrial or aeronautical engineering or a related discipline.
·  At least 2 years of experience in a related area.
·  Knowledge in MS Project.
·  English and Spanish must be negotiation level.
·  Good communication skills and pro-active approach to problem solving.
·  Ability to work under pressure as part of an integrated multidiscipline team.
·  Proactive, teamwork, energy and enthusiastic profile.
