Description of the job
AIRBUS and Universidad Carlos III, offer a full time program that join a Master in Aeronautical Integration Systems and an 11 month internship at AIRBUS facilities.
Internships at Airbus
This MASI (Master in Aircraft Systems Integration) Program combines these elements:
¤ Module 1 - Fundamentals, to provide the basis, the support to understand the technologies, the methods, the requirement
¤ Module 2 - Generalization, required to manage complexity and to understand the whole (systems thinking), and
¤ Module 3 - Experimentation, to move from abstraction to implementation, innovation, invention.
¤ Final Project - consists of the development of a complete system's integration project under the supervision of an industry or academic advisor. The project will make use of methods and tools learned in the MASI curriculum. The Final Project culminates in a written project report and an oral presentation.
The MASI program includes a part-time paid internship at the AIRBUS-Spain facilities. During this internship period (11 months), the students will solve real integration problems under the supervision of a Company Mentor.
The working day is 35 hours a week, and you will receive a grant of 875€/month during this time.
Fees for MASI'19:
The tuition fee for the MASI program starting in 2019 is 10.000€.
You will receive a grant of 875€/month during the internship.
Payment Procedure Commitment Fee:
If you are offered a place on the Master in Aircraft Systems Integration you will be asked to pay a commitment fee (not refundable but applicable to tuition) of €400 about 15-days after the offer.
The remaining balance due may be paid completely at enrolment (third week of December 2018), benefiting from a 5 % fee discount, or paid by three equal installments:
¤ 1st installment is due and payable prior to the beginning of classes in the second week of January 2019.
¤ 2nd installment is due and payable by March, 2019
¤ 3rd installment (final) is due and payable by June, 2019.
Failure to pay tuition entails the rejection or cancellation of a student's enrolment according to the terms established by the University.
Because of legal requirements, the expedition of degree diplomas and certificates is conditional upon the payments of all fees owed to the University
