Description of the job
GREAT opportunity for a Recent Graduate OR Last Year Student Enginineer to join an heterogeneous team in a very dinamic environment.
You will support greatly innovation and process improvement in the different assembly lines under Combat & MRO Quality Operations (Eurofighter (EF) R/H Wing Assembly Line, EF FAL, EF Prototypes, MRO Classic)

Tasks & accountabilities
Your tasks will include:
· Foster prevention rather than reaction, moving to preventive Quality in the area.
· Predict the failures in quality in real time, to improve the control of the quality of the processes and to lead the
improvement in pre-production
· Take part in complex Quality issue resolution and continuous improvement projects, setting the standards for, measures and identifies and facilitates improvements to increase
a). Process Performance and Product Adherence to Standards.
b). Reliability of Processes.
c). Repeatability of processes. At initial Design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.
· Take part in the behavioral and mind-set change in the site to foster prevention and improvement Quality.
· Take part in Quality Improvement and Innovation
· Support LEAN Quality activities

Required skills
· Recent Graduates OR Last Year students in Aerospace OR Industrial Engineering
· English: Negotiation level
· Spanish: Negotiation level
