Description of the job

The Trainee will be part of the Engineering Controlling team based in Getafe ( Madrid Area)
He will be integrated in a team of 10 people and will participate to various tasks.
The student will have to the opportunity to be integrated in an international environment and have some operational interfaces.

As such he will participate to several activities:

·  Planning and budget

Definition of cost center and Project Budget.
Involvement in the planning of project costs for some Technical domains
Hourly rate set up : headcount and activity level per cost center, set up of budget costs, adjustment of those costs to an affordable and competitive hourly rate definition

·  Closing

Perform closing tasks such as accruals, validation of data and internal transfers.

·  Reporting

Generation of reporting : cost center and projects reporting, Spanish platform reporting in a set of standardized reporting
Reporting of Headcount and productivity for all the technical areas.

·  Support tool automatization and reporting improvement

In the frame of the go live of a new reporting tool, a period of tests and finalization of reporting standards will require additional effort.
This will be the opportunity to be involved in such a project of data quality checks and improvements of the capacity of the tool.

·  Capex reporting and monitoring

Review of authorized amounts, commitments and call. Monitoring of asset under construction.
Planning of related depreciation

·  Ad Hoc analysis for financial business cases,

Process improvement for some tasks.
Transnational follow up of some recharging activities within the international engineering perimeter

·  Be internal focal point to consolidate and follow up Department processes

Support various tasks for consolidation, forecast, defining planning templates...

Languages
Spanish and English.

Competences :
Excel knowledge
Basics in Accounting and Finance
First experience in Finance would be a plus.
