Description of the job

During all the intership, the intern will follow our trainee plan, which is review on a monthly basis. This plan covers hard & soft skills linked to the supply
process in an end to end approach, from external supplier to internal customer (Getafe Assembly line)
In this sense he/she will be involved in the 3 pillar of the supply process: Ordering activities (PO placement), Supplier Work in Progress Follow up (supplier
relationship, material shipment, reception...) and Forecast (demand management process) Additionally the trainee will have the opportunity to understand
customer needs, as he will have the chance to participate in daily / weekly meetings with plant production teams, so that he/she can understand the
criticality of the supply process, not only in terms of delivery, but also from quality perspective.
During the internship period the student will also be able to learn soft skills such as public communication & presentations. At the end of the intership, the
trainee will have to present a improvement Project of the current processes to the department following a standard methodology that will be learnt during
the intership.
