Tasks & accountabilities

Costs coming from the non-quality (CNQ) have a huge impact on our efficiency. As an intern, you will identify and manage all the different costs associated with Design Non-Quality.
The following tasks are to be carried out:

·  identify all the current processes that high light and record CNQ (QN, OTQ board, KPIs...)

·  identify all the different steps in a design development where we can generate CNQ (loop in repeat mode, rework after FCI, rework after airworthiness questions, change of request/specification during development,...)

·  propose one process to identify record and follow all the design CNQ

·  list all the CNQ coming from old or current topic and identify the impact in hours and/or €

·  if not solved, propose a design solution in order to avoid any design problem and launch the proposal in the design change process

Required skills

You offer:

·  Enrolled student (m/f/d) within aerospace, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or similar field of study

·  Practical experiences in engineering

·  Good handling of MS Office and Catia V5

·  VPM and SAP would be an asset

·  Good Team and communication skills

·  Independent working

·  Fluent in English and German
