Description of the job

An excellent opportunity for a Recent Graduate in Aerospace Engineering to undertake an internship within the A400M Support Centre in Barajas plant (Madrid).

The Mission will be to support the Head of A400M Support Centre Zaragoza from Airbus Defence & Space central offices in Barajas.

Tasks & accountabilities

You will be supporting the following tasks:

·  Ensuring all business operations processes are in place to support services delivery at the A400M Support Centre located in Zaragoza.
·  Set up and monitor Support Centre internal service level indicators and ISS contracts performance level indicators
·  Ensuring occupational health and safety matters are compliant with Spanish laws and SAF requirements
·  Ensuring all administrative matters related to Support Center team and Airbus ISS contracts are fulfilled
·  Ensuring transparency with central teams, to formalize current working agreements, to standardize way of working processes
·  Ensuring customer satisfaction is preserved
·  Ensuring maximum fleet availability

Required skills

·  Recent Graduates OR Last Year Students in Aerospace Engineering
·  English: Negotiation level
·  Spanish: Negotiation level
·  Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
