As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for Internship - Supply chain project (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse .

This internship is to be filled from January 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility).

You will join the Airframe supply department of St Eloi plant, responsible for supplying raw material, detailed parts and work packages required for the engine pylon production, for all Airbus commercial programs.

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main role will be to build a learning lab aiming at developing supply officers on performance monitoring.

Your main activities will include:

• Map the performance monitoring governance • Identify all the related performance monitoring means (cf. tools, dashboard, reports...)

• Inventory all the existing skills development supports (cf. eLearning, documents, awareness...)

• Develop the one missing

• Build a guide line allowing supply officer to understand, follow up, analyze and report performances

• Propose an attractive way to transfer the knowledge

This internship will be the opportunity for you to:

• develop your knowledge of supply chain fundamentals

• concretly put into action project management principles

• understand the strategic aspect of governance definition

• introduce customer/supplier relationship

• discover skills management

Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 4 to Bac +5 in Supply Chain Management or equivalent,

• Curious

• Structured

• Creative

• Analysis / Synthesis skills

• Good communication

• IT tools: Pack office

• French: advanced

• English: intermediate
