Description of the job

Support:
Spare Price management:

·  Verification and coordination in the Commodity to grant OTOQ data delivery of Suppliers' spare parts prices.

Vendor Management for Military Aircraft Equipment & Systems suppliers (Final Assembly Line and In Service Support rankings) Management and Coordination activities for:

·  monthly reports production, monthly reports sending, monthly rankings (per Business Line, per programme)
·  new KPIs, new templates, new suppliers introduction.
·  newsletter (quarterly) sending to suppliers.
·  Support commodity for data gathering for Supplier Management Meetings. Risk & Opportunity management:

Collection of risks,
Enter risks in ARM (Active Risk Management) which is the Airbus group Enterprise Risk Management systems and administration of the reports

Payment terms policy:

·  Support to finance cash improvement project by checking the conformity of the payment terms of the supplier base in the SAP systems in order to ask for action plan in case of discrepancy.
