Job Description

Description of the job :
1.-Development , implementation and control of Lean tools & Digitalization tools in Aeroestructures Eng. Department

Main activities will be:
¤ Manage and control performance KPIS (at department level).
¤ Collaborate in the development of new standards and methods as well as collaborate in the improvement of the current ones (at department level).
¤ Contribute in activities related with standardization of Aeroestructures in the plant (Bartcharts, SOIs, TER)
¤ Contribute to DeMat tool implementation (al department level & plant level).
¤ Contribute to MEP tool implementation (al department level).
¤ Contribute to BCD tool implementation (al department level & plant level).
¤ Collaborate in the development and implementation of EVM methodology (for controlling internal projects).

2.-Collaboration in R&D projects assigned to the department.

Main activities will be:
¤ Contribute in specific activities related with the deployment of the projects (reports, studies, catia squetches and studies)
¤ Collaborate in the implementation and deployment of R&D projects in the plant.
