Description of the job

An excellent opportunity for a Recent Graduate or Last Year Engineering student to undertake an internship within the Airbus Quality Jigs & Tools (J&T) department in Getafe.

This internship will cover all the Airbus Commercial Programmes: A320 family, A330, A350 and A380.

Tasks & accountabilities

·  Update Jigs & Tool (J&T) documentation in current IT system (SAP)
·  Automatize( based on macros) to speed up the introduction of data in IT system.
·  Participate in Digitalization Project of the Plant regarding optimization of technical data in IT system.
·  Optimize the way J&T data is loaded in the system.
·  Supervise that J&T certificates of conformity received from suppliers are properly fullfilled & in accordance with normative.
·  Collaborate in improvement projects launched in the área regarding J&T.
·  Participate in SQCDP boards in assembly lines to support J&T issues.
·  Understand J&T acceptance process to propose improvements, focus on A350 programme.
·  Support J&T manager in the deployment & updating of KPI defined in the area.

Required skills

·  Recent Graduates OR Last Year students of Industrial or Materials Engineering.
·  Knowledge in statistics OR data analytics will be a PLUS
·  English: Negotiation Level
·  Spanish: Negotiation Level
