Description of the job

Missions:

The jobholder will support on the missions of the Supply Chain Quality:

·  Assure Voice of Customer communication and management in Supply Chain (SC) Quality.
·  Assure the maintenance of the associated Quality Processes (QP) for SC Quality.
·  Assure the fulfilment of associated Quality Management System (QMS) requirements on SC Quality.
·  Support on Quality Objectives definition, cascading and follow up in SC Quality.
·  Integrate an unique vision of SC Quality Quality performance (KPIs), management and transversal communication
·  Monitor the deployment of APQP and Improvements within the SC Quality.
·  Assure the Surveillance Processes inside SC Quality and deploy Surveillance activities where needed.
·  Support on the Risks and Opportunities identification in the SC Quality area

Main activities

Support to:

·  Take Minutes of Meeting and the action of TOQAA3 Program Quality Weekly meeting
·  Follow up the pending actions of TOQAA3 Program Quality Weekly meeting
·  Review the inflow of the Non-conformities/ Quality Survey Report (QSR)/Concessions/Events&SARIs related Supply Chain Quality
·  Review the status and follow up of quality scape related Supply Chain Quality
·  Define the indicator KPI Matrix
·  Define the Governance and the Dashboard for the area
·  Follow up Hot Topics of Supply Chain Quality
·  Take the Minutes of Meeting of all the meetings
·  Update the Hot Topics/KPIs
·  Check the issues (SafetyRelated/Events) related Supply Chain Quality and review the currently status of the action plans and the pending actions
