Description of the job

The candidate will support Production system Efficiency Department for the several areas:

·  Production Process Preparation optimization of Detailed production process preparation and definition BoM, Detailed Process Time allocation, WO & SOI, work standards
·  Production Process time optimisation and balancing including analysis and optimization of: Standard Time calculation and allocation. Work standardization, station and line balancing. Industrial Impacts time evaluation in respective lines.
·  Operational performance of the Industrial Execution, optimization of: Equipment efficiency (OEE) & Productive Maintenance. Operations environment footprint & efficiency management. Harmonization of Industrial Maintenance activities across Airbus. Shopfloor Execution System.
·  Capex management.

Required skills

Young graduates or last year students of Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering (degree or Master)

·  Management oriented.
·  MS Office (Word, Excel)
·  Leadership, results oriented, negotiation skills, open minded, team spirit.
·  Composites knowledge and background would be a plus.
·  High level of English is required
·  High level of Spanish is required
·  Vehicle needed, as the position is located in Illescas plant.
